All Menu Items are subject to substitution due to season, market, quality. We cannot Guarantee your safety from food allergies due to production methods and employees exposed to allergenic foods. Some Gluten Free items may incur additional cost. We require a 33% deposit on all catering over 1k to ensure holding the date and covering expenses. Parties less than 1k are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. We will gladly box up leftovers if we know that the proper temperature will be sought after by the client. This eliminates liability of food born illness by the caterer. If there is no apparent effort by the client to chill or heat the food, we will take the leftovers with us.
